The lobby was nice and the person on duty was professional.

The first room on the ground floor facing the parking lot had curtains that didn’t entirely cover the windows, so a privacy issue. That alone led us to ask for another room. The mattresses were not the same size as the base. The second room’s bathroom was not what you would expect. The caulk was old and stained, the bathtub drain looked dirty with bad sealant and would not drain quickly enough, filling the tub while showering. It would appear that the location needs an overhaul. It’s tired. We were late arriving into the city and had fewer options.

Bed, pillow, staff, hot shower

The room smelled terribly. The room was too cold and I could not change the temperature. The shower curtain would not stay closed.

Hotel staff was accommodating. Change room to a ground floor for same price.

Continental breakfast was very disappointing. No coffee! Ran out of pancakes. The bread and bagels were poorly stalked. And the scrambled eggs were Grey. Also pool was closed. Could hear every word from next door and hallway.

Refused to stay due to property bedbug infection. Still waiting on a refund. They cannot legally hold back my money if there is an infestation.
