Staff was friendly

Small pillows on bed not enough also no none slip material in shower or tub

Rooms were dirty, shower full of mold. Told room would be cleaned or I would be moved. Nothing was done and I moved myself after 12 hour day of work. Front staff were rude. Nobody cred about anything.

Location

Very out dated room, to small for three people. Carpet was gross. TV cable was terrible. Pool not working.

The front desk clerk was nice

We purposefully booked it fir the pool, we got an email aftet paid for that the pool was closed. It was soo dirty, we wouldnt even have a shower

Nothing it was awful

The room was old and dirty. There was garbage cfl. The last guest the bathroom was awful the carpets were so old and gross you couldn’t walk on them without shoes. I couldn’t even shower. The tap was out from the wall it was so gross This place is incredibly awful I was shocked booking let’s them rent it

This hotel smells like urine and shower head was broken and leaking, sink was clogged, this place is filthy, looked at 2 other rooms after and they where even worse. I checked out and sleep in my car.
