I had a very good stay at the Prestige. Complimentary breakfast had great choices and service. The room was very clean. Desk staff was friendly. I highly recommend The Prestige in Prince Rupert.

Parking was convenient (hotel parking lot), hotel was very close to shopping, cafe, city hall (all within a few/several minutes walk). Front desk staff friendly and helpful. Room had decent view of ocean, was clean comfortable.

Despite our early arrival time (off the ferry from Port Hardy) we were able to leave our bags all day until we checked in at 4pm. The option of an early breakfast from 6am made it easy to get to the train terminal in time for a 7am check in. All worked very well. Comfortable rooms.

Floor, sink countertop were dirty. Shower caulking is stained. Housekeeping was requested and it was never completed. Old carpet and doors. Although some things were renovated, still feels dated and dirty. Try somewhere else.
