No funcionaba el Minisplit , se pidió revisión y según lo arreglaron , sigui en falla , pedimos un cambio y según no había habitaciones de la categoría y me querían bajar , pagué por una deluxe , que parecía de terror un calor horrible , la cortina no black out estaba cayéndose de vieja , ni creo que regresar , la aplicación hotels nunca me solucionó , creo que buscaré otra app para futuras reservaciones le tenia mucha lealtad pero veo que es la segunda que no me soluciona más que ofrecer 160 pesos

No hay telefono en los cuartos a la recepcion , si ne esitas algo tienes que bajar y entonces se acuerdan de darte un papelito con el whatsapp anotado No habia controles ni de tv ni de aire acondiciando y tardaron mas de una hora en llevarlos a las habitaciones, pregunto mi esposo que por que tardaban y le dijeron que porque no encontraban los controles qie los estabam buscando en los cuartos, la recepcionista le pedi 3 habitaciones juntas porque teniamos 6 niños y dijo lrimero que mo habia y ante mi insistencia 1 minuto despues dijo ah si hay (o sea no se queria molestar.en buscar) El lavabo esta tapado Las almohadas y toallas y ropa de cama en general se ven muy desgastadas y viejas,
