Al hacer check in, había fila y 2 señoritas pero.solo.1 atendiendo y la otra paseándose y perdiendo el tiempo en la misma área sin apoyar a que fuera más ágil El doubet estaba sucio y manchado Las almohadas y toallas en mal.estado Se fue la.luz y con un calor fatal. Casi todos los hoteles tienen planta de luz para TODO EL HOTEL.

We stayed for 5 days and we didn’t have any hot water at all. The entrance key deactivated 2 days during our 5 days stay. Although we reported the issue, personnel didn’t seem to care .
