Es una pena que una.marca tan "prestigiada" tenga personal tan ineficiente, mal encarado, cero atención y empatia. Llegué a las 11 am. Y sé que el check in es a las 3pm . Pero me dijeron que si queria entrar tenia que.pagar 400 adicionales. Pero no los.pidian facturar.
