Estaba súper sucio, cero buen servicio, me abrieron la puerta por la mañana, la alfombra estaba manchada, no había control de tv, no puedes regular el clima, no servía el seguro (cadena) de la puerta… pésima estancia

Las instalaciones ya son muy viejas, no le dan mantenimiento, ni hay calefacción en los cuartos y no cuentan con en recepción con colchas, el personal muy apático!!

No fué muy agradable ni cómodo en general, falta tacto de la recepcionista, y al salir hasta el sr del estacionamiento sin pedírselo medio limpió el auto, se le agradeció y se le dió una cooperación pero nomás se volteó y se fué, se lo notó bastante la molestia, creo que mejor hubiera preguntado.

Está horrible el hotel, súper sucio, viejo, terrible atención. Tiene alfombras que nunca limpian, olía horrible la habitación con olor a cigarro!!! Jamás regresaré ahí !

La habitación estaba sucia , las sábanas llenas de bellos y cabellos , alfombra sucia , camas rotas las bases de las patas de la cama sueltas , silla rota , TV no sirve , muy incómoda en general la habitación , no dejaron usar el gym que según lo estaban remodelando pero no se veía que estuvieran haciendo algún trabajo dentro , pésimo hotel y caro , me e hospedado en otros de menor precio y mucho mejores instalaciones

Everything ok, just a little old facility, but it’s safe and staff very friendly. All the assistance is done through WhatsApp so it’s really handy.
