Courtyard Hamilton

Nice hotel in a good location. No housekeeping service the two nights I was there and they were doing construction in the rooms right next to mine and started very early.

AVOID THE COURTYARD MARRIOTT IN HAMILTON, OHIO AT ALL COSTS! Our stay was a complete disaster due to the hotel's utter lack of consideration for its guests. We were subjected to ongoing noisy construction throughout our stay, which made it impossible to get a good nap or night's sleep. The construction debris, paint smell, and dust were overwhelming, making it feel like we were staying in a construction zone rather than a hotel. When we brought our concerns to the attention of the management, General Manager Renee Morath was completely unhelpful and unresponsive. She seemed more interested in defending the hotel than in addressing our legitimate complaints. The lack of regard for guest comfort and experience was appalling. If you value your sanity and a good night's sleep, stay far, far away from this hotel. The Courtyard Marriott in Hamilton, Ohio, is a prime example of how not to run a hotel.

Overall good place.

There was construction and jack hammering for the first two hours right above our room. I called the front desk and she said there was nothing she could do. It was awful!!!
