Paying 340 for one night just because of the volleyball match was in town they jacked the prices up

Great hotel, good breakfast and helpful staff.

Location was great. Loved the lounge and snack areas. The check in staff and gentleman that helped me with the snack area were nice. Check out personnel was not very friendly.

It was too expensive for the small room. There was a constant buzzing sound that made it difficult to sleep as well as no complimentary tea or coffee.

Room had an odor like stale smoke.

For Marriott, did not expect to have a dirty comforter and feel itchy like bugs were in my bed.

We enjoyed our stay, the staff was very friendly. We had a nice visit.

Nothing special

Extra fees for EVERYTHING! We had to pay extra for parking. The room was TINY. None of the staff would take any responsibility and just wanted to pass onto the next person. I was told breakfast was included then found out it wasn’t and there would be another extra charge. They literally had guards protecting the breakfast (which was nothing special). For the cost, everything should have been included. Most expensive, sub-par, hotel I have stayed in.

For $180+ a night, the pillows are almost rock hard, they’re fake fluffy and are hard to sleep on and that goes the same for the king mattress with queen pillows, the shower faucet is worse than any shower I’ve ever used, no exaggeration, I’ve had better water faucets in my great aunts shower, the ac unit was falling apart and for almost 200$ a night with barely any rooms booked for the night we couldn’t even get a river view… nor were we aloud to use cash at any point, or tap, OR CHIP only swipe, and to ad on there was. 20 dollar instance fee that was mentions nowhere on the booking …..We just paid almost 200 dollars with taxes for 12 hours and couldn’t even use Hulu or Netflix????? Deplorable, do better Marriott. And on top of all other things breakfast isn’t even complimentary… For TWO HUNDRED DOLLARS A NIGHT.

To be totally blunt I’ve had better experiences and have been more comfortable staying at a homeless shelter. The shower was absolutely terrible, I mean the worst shower I’ve ever used, a king bed harder than a rock WITH QUEEN PILLOWS that were fake fluffy and so uncomfortable to sleep with. We wanted to come to a hotel for our anniversary to have a BETTER experience then what we would’ve had at home so if that’s what your looking for this isn’t the place for you at all, actually no one should stay here, I would recommend this to anyone. For almost $200 PER NIGHT this was our experience. At that didn’t even give us the river view.
