Best Western Plus Paper Valley Hotel

I liked the bed, the size of the room, the location of the motel.

The sofa was worn out. the pool wasn't open to use

The hotel was not open to the public, so that wasn't great.

Great front desk staff and location.

Nothing

It was close to where I needed to be.

It was completely under construction, to the point that I thought it might be closed when I drove up. Nobody bothered to mention that when booking. First room they sent me to , with all my luggage in tow, was still dirty, not cleaned yet. Second room was directly across from the elevator. The entire place was less than ideal. I would not recommend staying here unless it gets better after construction is completed.

The staff is wonderful. The location close to the Appleton airport is extremely excellent. The building is very old. We understand it is going to undergo substantial renovations over the next 60 days. That is good because the building needs it.

I know the property from staying there numerous times. It needs heavy duty refurbishment, but it is clean, it is safe, it is convenient and the staff is extremely friendly.

The pool water was cold so we didn't go in.

Location near downtown and highway.

Dirty and unkempt. Found previous guests dirty T-shirt and paper tags left by phone at check in. Reported to manager- no follow up to us as promised.

Decent, clean motel. Stayed here a night, I was satisfied. Good value for money.
