"Terrible"

My stay was extremely disappointing. The jacuzzi tub had a ring of grime and made a high-pitched squeal when running. There was tape peeling from an old paint job hanging off the walls, and old food left in the refrigerator — which tells me housekeeping didn’t properly clean the room, and whoever inspected it didn’t check it either. Disgusting. No one answers at the front desk to complain to. Check-in was also a mess. The older woman at the front desk kept saying she “doesn’t check people in.” Why not? Checking guests in, out, and handling reservations is a major part of the job. So is she not trained properly, or not trained at all? The whole interaction was frustrating and unprofessional. This experience was far below the standard I expected, and I’m asking for this to be made right.

"Great inside amenities..."

Had a great generous breakfast with a fresh yogurt machine and toppings.

They are redesigning the front....it doesn't even look open when we stayed.

The hotel is very run-down and very dirty. Extremely dated and for the price was insanely overpriced.

We stayed here for the Packers game. Great location off of 41 and near the mall, restaurants, and Walmart. Great value in price compared to staying near Lambeau.

Property is under renovation but didn’t bother us.
