When traveling with pets, an extra charge of CLP 10,000 per pet, per night applies. A maximum of 2 pets is allowed. Please note children (0-12 yrs) are not allowed in the Villa Deluxe or One-Bedroom Villa. For cabins with a hot tub, please note, firewood, or pellets are included during stay. Use of the hot tub is entirely the responsibility of the guest. Please note housekeeping is not offered during stays. Clean bed linen and towels will be provided periodically for stays longer than 5 nights. A prepayment of 50% of the reservation total is required to confirm this reservation.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.

Incredible location, wonderful lodging. So glad we found this place. Peaceful lakefront setting with beautiful volcano view. Really nice accommodation and furnishings. We loved our stay. Highly recommend!

"Prachtig uitzicht op heerlijke locatie"

We zaten net achter de strandcabines. Het uitzicht vanuit de slaapkamer en terras op het meer en de Osorno vulkaan was prachtig. Prijs is aan de hoge kant in vergelijking met anderen. In Pucon betaalde we vier keer minder voor een even ruime gezellige cabana met uitzicht op de villarrica.

De vloeren mochten iets beter gekuist worden.

We LOVED it - it was truly perfect and blissful. Bed was super comfy, the loft was so cute, lots of space and everything you needed. Breakfast basket delivery was so cute, the jacuzzi was a lovely treat too. View of the volcano from the bedroom was amazing and private beach on the lake was so great. We were only supposed to stay two nights but extended for four!

Nothing, it was perfect. It is not too close to PV if you want proximity but the drive to town is lovely so we didn’t mind at all and we loved feeling a bit more remote. The walls are super thin so if you have neighbours, you can hear them (but they do ask for silence after 11pm… although our neighbours didn’t abide by that rule….)

"A little piece of paradise."

Hosts were accommodating and attentive. They did their best to cater to our requests. The property is special and tranquil. The layout is thoughtfully designed with accessible spaces. The heating was very effective and created a cozy atmosphere. The hot tub is a great feature. One of my favourite places in Chile.

La cabaña tiene todo lo necesario para una estancia agradable, el ambiente es tranquilo y uno se puede desconectar

Quizás la estancia debería incluir desayuno, así como el uso de tinaja.
