When traveling with pets, an extra charge of CLP 10,000 per pet, per night applies. A maximum of 2 pets is allowed. Please note children (0-12 yrs) are not allowed in the Villa Deluxe or One-Bedroom Villa. For cabins with a hot tub, please note, firewood, or pellets are included during stay. Use of the hot tub is entirely the responsibility of the guest. Please note housekeeping is not offered during stays. Clean bed linen and towels will be provided periodically for stays longer than 5 nights. A prepayment of 50% of the reservation total is required to confirm this reservation.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Lovely location, very welcoming and friendly staff.

Could do with some updating as felt quite worn/tired - shower room, kitchen could do with some work, and the floors were very creaky! If you go to the bathroom in the night, you wake everyone up!

The location was spectacular, with a phenomenal view of Volcán Osorno. The cabin itself was stylish and airy. We loved using the grill and the hot tub as well. The staff were lovely, attentive, and very helpful. We ordered the breakfast one morning and it was delicious, with plenty for leftovers. This was an exceptional experience!

"Perfect stay just outside Puerto Varas in a lovely cabana with amazing views and its own beach!"

Cala Meli was a lovely hidden gem just outside Puerto Varas with easy access to the town and also many of the sites nearby, such as Petrohue Falls and the Osorno Volcano. We stayed 7 nights and the cabana was perfect in every way, from its well thought-out décor to the fully functional galley kitchen and having laundry service on-site. Not to be missed is the lovely and abundant breakfast basket delivered to your cabana. Yanela and all the staff were so kind and responsive! Highly recommend if you want a quiet, cozy place with its own beach that includes beautiful lake views and a hot tub on the deck!

Totally exceeded expectations. The view of the volcano was magnificent. Loved being on the water. We had a very private backyard with a hot tub. The bed was very comfortable and very peaceful area situated between Puerto Varas and activities like volcano waterfall and hot springs. The property was was beautifully landscaped with flowers, they used some on the breakfast baskets. The breakfast basket is a must addition to your stay. Coffee for the French press, pastries and delicious local eggs and enough for sandwiches to make a lunch to go. Lovely stay

"Perfect cabana!"

The staff were SO welcoming and accommodating! The laundry service was an amazing bonus so we didn’t need to go out to do laundry. The facilities are top notch and combine with the amazing staff, I recommend everyone in the area stay here!

Every thing! Very nice for a fall winter stay.

It should have least basic toiletries or specify to bring your own.
