For the Lagos area this is probably a upper class property but not for elsewhere like the USA etc. The price was good considering. My only real contention with this property is the lack of communication. DO NOT ASSUME ANYTHING! ASK. I assumed breakfast was not free because I was not told at check-in and it was not stated on the Expedia info page for the listing, but it was free. Since I didn't know it was free, I paid for breakfast for 8-10 days until one room service server told me it was free at the restaurant. I tried getting a refund - no dice. This ticked me off.

Neatness, Accessibility and great customer service.

Well, this property is average. But for the area it is pretty decent. Cable TV is pretty good and they even have Netflix in the TV. The main issue I have is that I paid about 70, 000 Naira for breakfast everyday when it was free! I spoke to the manager Gabriel who seemed like a a very thoughtful person and he said he was going to resolve the issue but I never heard back from him. I spoke to another manager, Addi, but he said he is the food and beverage manage and he could not handle an issue with the breakfast. So at the time I am waiting for a resolution but as of 9:30 am local time, no manager has reported to work as yet and that alone seems strange to me.I asked for a manager since 7am on Sunday and none can be found. The front desk said they would ring my room as soon as one arrived - yea right. I called fro the 2nd time and the receptionist says she believes one is in the building. My local friends believe that I can scammed by the room service workers who just pocked the money while providing me with the breakfast from the buffet. Who knows? All I know is that no one is getting any tips for any thing. And I would advise anyone staying here to NEVER tip anyone. The workers are always holding out their hands for tips for doing their jobs. Never tip anyone until the end of your stay when you are sure that you haven't been scammed in anyway. Bottom line, don't assume anything - ASK! They will not volunteer the information as one would expect.

Lovely and in close proximity to the airport

The staff was nice and helpful. Our only complaint was the Wi-Fi. For some days it wasn’t working. I appreciate the ones who cared for us.
