20 mins from Hard Rock Stadium so that was good and we weren't spending much time in the room. This is the first time I have written a bad review. We had late check in (about 9 pm) and our rooms were not available for pet free and we were promised pet free. The shower was dirty. I thought there was a hot breakfast but no meat or muffins. Waffle maker and hard boiled eggs and cereal. It was not great.

One positive thing is the free parking.

We booked this hotel mainly because of the pool. Unfortunately, the pool was closed during our stay. When we made the reservation, there was no information about this anywhere. On the contrary, the hotel states that the pool is open year-round. Our room didn’t have a hairdryer. I went to the reception to report it and the lady told me she would come to check the room shortly. She came, confirmed that there was no hairdryer and said she would arrange one for us, but she never came back. The next day we mentioned it to the housekeeping staff, and they finally provided one. The room had a very unpleasant smell. The window was also very difficult to open, so it was hard to air out the room. I’m not sure if the smell came from the carpets, the drains, or the air conditioning, but in the evening when we returned from our trip the smell was extremely strong – almost like being in a zoo. If we hadn’t been traveling with children, we would have cancelled the reservation. Unfortunately, there was no other available accommodation nearby. Breakfast is slightly better than typical American hotel breakfasts, but still quite limited. It is mostly sweet food – don’t expect things like cheese, cold cuts or vegetables. Based on our experience, we would definitely choose a different hotel in the area and would not recommend staying here.

Персонал - это отдельная тема для разговора. Медленный, ленивый, ничего делать не хотят. Это проявлялось от ресепшена, до обслуживания в номере. Цена за сутки довольно высокая, как у средних брендовых гостиниц. Но сервис явно не дотягивает.

The room smelled bad and it was dirty

No charging station for EV’s, uncomfortable bed, no hot water in the shower (even after complaining), building and rooms lack maintenance, micro tv, wifi not good…will not stay here again
