Pésimo la primera habitación que nos dieron El aire NO servía el teléfono tampoco Nos cambiaron a otra habitación sucia,descuidada con olor a orines fuertes olía horrible alfombra sucia y olor fuerte NO pudimos dormir de la incomodidad descuidada estar en algo tan sucio y descuidado, la que nos atendió cuando llegamos servicio pésimo y me cobró con mi tarjeta algo que ya Booking me había cobrado en mi tarjeta de ese Hotel Tan sucio,viejo y descuidado , Que pesadilla la de ese hotel de TERROR

It needs to be upgraded. The shower heads full of germs and dirty, the toilet paper holder is hanging off the wall.

Washing and pools were down.

Very run down . You could be fooled on entry, the reception area looked ok, but rooms are in need of a serious overhaul . Mouldy and smelly , you can’t put the aircon on as it’s very noisy. The walls are paper thin you can hear everything. The pool wasn’t open and I doubt it ever will

El hotel tiene una buena localización en un barrio tranquilo. El desayuno es básico, pero bien Lo mejor que tiene el hotel es la estación de café disponible todo el día

Al entrar la habitación inmediatamente sentías olor a tapete mojado. También la cortina de la ducha olía a humedad. La llave del lavamanos no cerraba bien, causando desperdicio de agua. El tapete estaba muy sucio, las medias quedaron para tirar a la basura.

Nothing was likable about this place.

Where do I start. This place needs to get shut down immediately, ac didn't work, the room felt humid and stuffy NOT Comfortable at all. I couldn't even open up my window to get fresh air because it was bolted shut. I literally felt like I couldn't breathe. The place had mold. The room smelled bad. I went to take a shower, and it was only hot water working. I couldn't even make the water warm. The sink only had cold water running. What a mess! My husband even started feeling sick from being in the room due to the mold. This was the worse stay of my life. Thank God I only booked for 2 days I could've probably died from a asthma attack had I stayed longer. WHAT A DUMP. I really want a refund will be calling corporate tomorrow!
