La atención del desde que se llega a recepción fue pésima y mal educados especialmente los caballeros, porque la joven que nos atendió a la llegada muy amable, y el Sr botones, también muy atento los únicos. pero los caballeros los días siguientes muy mala atención parecen que estuvieran bravos todos, deben mejorar eso, igualmente en el desayuno en las mañanas el jefe y demás meseros muy mal educados

Noticed a birthday and arranged a suprise. Nice food. Very helpful and friendly staff. Room cleaning included tidying things up which was unexpected and very appreciated. Lots of amenities. Restaurant, shops, bar, cafe, gym. Great location. TV had Netflix etc. Room was as described no surprises. Proper bathroom doors. Good soundproofing against traffic noise.

Todo, es muy agradable Destaco la atención del personal que organiza los eventos, del capitán del crucero y sus asistentes, de quienes ayudan con el equipaje y la especial atención del jefe de seguridad y el gerente, dos personas muy amables y profesionales. Un agradecimiento especial al gerente que nos colaboró con la logística para nuestro siguiente destino.

Nuestra estancia fue prácticamente perfecta y disfrutamos muchísimo de cada detalle. Sin embargo, me gustaría mencionar con mucha amabilidad dos pequeños 'lunares' que podrían mejorar para que la experiencia sea de 10: Calidez en recepción: Todo el personal fue atento, pero sentimos que en la recepción falta un poquito más de esa calidez y sonrisa que hace la diferencia al llegar. Gestión de la convivencia: El restaurante italiano es una joya y la comida estuvo increíble. Solo nos apenó que el almuerzo de cumpleaños de mi madre se viera algo empañada por un niño jugando con un balón dentro del salón. El ruido era constante y, aunque es falta de educación de la familia, nos habría encantado que el equipo pusiera un límite sutil para cuidar el ambiente tan especial del lugar.
