"Lack of communication"

I booked and paid for a room but never got a room. When i arrivied there was about 9 other upset customers are unable to check in. There was no one at the front desk no one answered the phone so I'm still unsure why I was unable to get my room. I am requesting my refund back and hopefully some type for the credit for the inconvenice.

"MIDTOWN INN SUCKS"

It was the worst ever made a reservation online got to the motel and no one told me the motel closed at 7 so I was unable to check into my room did not receive no email from the motel no email from hotels.com do all around hotel.com sucks and so does that Motel

"Motels with limited check in needs to be flagged "

We looked on Hotel.com as we arrived in Albuquerque around 9:30 pm. Booked the room and when we arrived the lobby was closed. Called number on door to get checked in and was informed that they were closed. Only able to check in from 9am to 7pm. Had to call Hotel.com to cancel but they weren’t able to relocate us because when they called the hotel no one would answer. When I was choosing a place to stay there was no notice that they had a limited check in. After I booked the room, in fine print was the notice. Establishments need to have a prominent notice before you book.

"Yuck"

First of all, the front desk clerks were nowhere to be found. We waited almost an hour for check in. We called. Hotels.com who also attempted to get in contact with the hotel and it was unsuccessful for 45 minutes. Finally a young lady answered and her and the guy she was working with came back to the front counter. They checked up in, by this time I was agitated and ready to rest. When we got to our Suite, it had a horrible smell. It was filthy and the bed was stained. We took our keys to the front desk and left. Hotels.com would not refund us our $$ because we had already checked in. Do not stay at this hotel it’s a waste of money

Deposit of cash required when the hotel.com site said credit card or cash. Charged to upgrade to two bed price when they didn't have the one bed room I had reserved. The next morning there was no one in the office until 8:20 to return my cash.

"DONT BOOK HERE!!!!"

Room was booked as a suite with two queen beds. When I checked in the clerk told me they had no suites and they didnt understand why the booking site gave that option. Door was not secure had obviously been kicked in. Heater stopped working in middle of night door did not prevent breeze as you could see the seal of door was bent and allowing outside cold air in. The room was dirty, furniture had stains and was extremely dingy. Microwave didnt work, No remote for TV. Only 3 channels came through on television. No trash can. No phone for communication to front desk or outside line. Hot water was minimal and at times non existent. When the front desk was contacted regarding issues I was told "There was nothing they could do, there is only 1 hot water heater for the building (which consists of atleast 30 rooms!), they could not move me rooms because the motel was only renting units in the building I was in and there were no more rooms avaialbe. The motel has 6 buildings all with atleast 40 rooms per building. Overall I am very disappointed and even angry that my 3yr old and I were treated this way and were given the option for this motel is insulting at the rates we were charged.
