Tree Inn & Suites Albuquerque.

A cockroach ran across the desk as I was checking in... and that’s just the beginning. The receptionist just swiped it away casually. NOT EVEN JOKING. The entire building is dilapidated. I walked into the room and there was trash everywhere, no sheets or pillows in the room just a mattress and the toilet seat was broken in pieces and in the middle of the room. I returned to the front desk and was given another room which, was not much better. There was so much smoke coming from the room next to me all my belongings smell like smoke and I inhaled that all night. There was no hot water. I mean no hot water, so I took a cold shower. The walls are paper thin and there is a large homeless population wandering around the property, it’s very loud. Let me put it this way, you’d be more comfortable sleeping in your car. Don’t even consider this hotel. It’s a nightmare.

Nothing wont stay there again

We arrived there we got 3 rooms total. One of the rooms was not even ready the beds were missing sheets, pillows, bedspreads, no towels in the room. Then we complain and moved to another room and same thing it was almost midnight we asked for sheets and bedspreads just so that we could just sleep we were tired.

It was dirty and bed was broken

The web sit and my email says cheek in for 9am to 7pm they were not ready and I had to leave a cash deposit Couch in room had cigarette holes bathroom had yellow all over the walls

Booked on here... got there and they were closed after 7pm! Couldn't stay, had to find a different hotel at 10 o'clock at night. Ridiculous.

The first room was not acceptable, and the front desk was very good about getting me into a different room. The second room was very nice.

I book this room with the intent on staying At 650 pm i got a call asking when i would be arriving. I was 2 hours away. And was told they would cancel my reservation. Since they closed apparently at 7pm. In looking at my conformation its half a screen down check in ends at 7pm . In booking the room on the hotels listing its 9 and a half screens down. I waited to see my cancelation and refund but it never appeared. Called orbitz they called the hotel and told them i was listed as a No Show and refused to refund me. Greatly disappointment in the hotel amd Orbitz for doing nothing about it

Couldn’t check in because they were not there, very dissatisfied
