Tree Inn & Suites Albuquerque.

We checked in and checked out within 20-30 minutes from the property. The room had a strong smell of smoke. There was hair on the floor and there was a huge barefoot footprint right on the door. The bathroom door looked as if it had been forced. There was just this really bad vibe. My little girl refused to even sit on the bed (2yr) and cried non stop until we left. Check in and check out was easy and pleasant but that's about it. Never have I EVER had to check out so quickly (between the time we checked in we left the hotel and came back only to check out)

Unclean..roaches and begbugs crawled everywhere..no hot water..on top of all no microwave no refrigerator..In property pictures shown a model room with everything..but in reality.nothing.

The room smells like bleach all the time. And feels unsafe over there.

No shower head could not take shower, tv remote, and microwave didn’t work, no lamp shade on lamp trash left in room no trash can one towel no wash clothes never stay there again ! Crackhead inn!

We arrived at the hotel at 6 pm. We were told that there were no rooms ready. We paid for 2 Queen room. The lady spoke to her coworker in front of us said I'll just give them 2 doubles that's what I gave the other people. Then at 10 pm we received a call from front desk saying that credit card did not go through. They wanted us to give them our credit card number over the phone. Or they could come up to the room and give them our credit card information. We checked our account and money had already been withdrawn from bank account. Do not stay here. The people are very rude, save the morning person as we were checking out. Told us thank you and have a nice day.

I paid 600$ every two weeks... 1200 a month! I left a week early with the room in perfect condition! They wont return my phone call to get my deposit and 300 for the week i wasnt there back! im not the first person they have done dirty.. I just want my money back for the week and my 50$ deposit!

This place is horrible !!!!!!!!!! I could be here all day with what is wrong.... 3 star hotel... not even close.... Toilet was not even cleaned... Air gaps in entrance door,.. floor peeling back...Window above door not sealed... Very few TV channels to watch.. A/C-Heater not working... smoking areas were not separated.. people just smoked wherever they wanted.. Etc.....

Not a good place to stay You need to take a quick shower before hot water runs out if you get any at all Heard gun shot a few times (the security guard likes to show off someone told me) Stay a week they wanted $35.00 for sheets and towels

I helped some people who were down on their luck get into this extended stay hotel. This is not a hotel for anyone who has any other choice. The manager is a nice person but beware if you are helping someone and using your credit card! After the people left I got a shock when I was charged $500 for a cleaning deposit. The manager did not call me to explain anything or what the charges were for. I went down to talk with them and explain our original conversation, that I was helping these people out but could not be responsible for anything other than paying for the room. The manager said they do a weekly room check and everything has to be in order. I thought that is great. These people need someone to follow up and see that they are keeping things clean. However, the manager must not have done a room check or if they did they did not take any action or even notify me. The manager was firm with me because she knew the bottom line is, that I have money and she could get away with making me pay for someone else's filth. Rent was $1000 for 30 days plus $100 pet deposit. They allowed 3 people and 3 dogs stay in the room. I thought that was really weird but I guess they figured they could collect rent and damages.
