No toliet paper had to ask for towels doors had been kicked in and not repaired

When we arrived, many angry people were in the lobby. Desk personnel informed us that they had no rooms left. We confirmed, called twice to make sure we had rooms. Not sure what is up with them. We had to book at the Ramada Inn down the street.

Front desk lady said they are no longer accepting reservations throught orbitz or any other app so she wasnt able to respect our reservation although my name did show up on her records. But then she offered me the hotel’s regular rate. I ended up cancelating the reservation thank god because there was a family complaining before me about room cleaningness

the hotel need improvement ASAP!!!!! management and front desk very concern and helpful to accommodate us with a reliable room, but the cleanness of the rooms were not up to the sleeping standards i will recommend to see the room (s) before settle to stay very disappointed

Over an hour to check in, have policy not to smoke and rooms stink of cigarette smoke and gets worst ones you turn on the a/c, halls have urine smell, cigarette burns, curtains dirty and don't close. I can keep going but the bottom line just don't stay at all. Also they don't reimburse if you want to check out early.

I booked a room at this hotel two months in advance, only to receive a phone call the day of check-in that there would not be a room available for us because they had over-booked themselves. I asked if they would be paying the difference in price for a hotel room elsewhere and they refused. I asked if they had ANY other way to compensate the absolute inconvenience and cost to us. They refused.

You have to know it's going to be bad when you have to sign an agreement at checkin that you won't do drugs, engage in domestic violence, or have 'visitors' after 10pm. Sadly every other option for my one night stay was booked. I even had to take all of my toiletries to the room myself. And YES, I mean ALL; tp, soap, remote, etc. The irony was that there was no garbage can in the room to place my bag after I 'unpacked'.

The rooms were sub par & the roof in the bathroom of one room collapsed on the first night. I will never return or use Hotels.com again.
