Tree Inn & Suites Albuquerque.

This place is under new management and this is how we live since COVID and they have my husband a job and a monthly rate which helps us so much rather than weekly,slowly it's getting put back together and better than before and it's been difficult finding an apartment so this is a major nreakthrew.

The staff was awesome and I've stayed in worse places. Housekeeping could have done a better job since I had to clean all handles and light switches. I was very disappointed that the pool was not available. The water pressure was minimal and the water was lukewarm. The new management management is doing a good job at keeping the place safe and trying to clean the place up.

Found the room to be clean and generaly in good shape. The bed was fine and I slept well. Due to back issues, I had asked for a lower level room and was given a exceptionally handy room to the entrance and lobby. The desk clerk was friendly and helpful with directions i needed.

Tree Inn & Suites Albuquerque. The office closed at 7 PM. We lost our key card and went for a replacement at 8 PM on Friday night, only to find that the office was closed until the next morning. We had left valuable things in the room, so we could not just go elsewhere. Neither phone listed at the front answered my repeated calls. Finally, someone helped us get into the room after at least 30 to 45 minutes. The room condition was not good.

Warning! If you stay here be prepared for a dump motel. And GPS will take you a different way every time

WARNING: You may not be able to check in to this hotel, despite having a reservation. First, know this is the kind of hotel where people live. Several very low-income people and families are clearly living in this hotel, which is fine, but know this before booking. There's a reason this place is so cheap. But worse, the front desk is often unattended. I booked this hotel through Orbitz and when I showed up (~8pm on a Friday), nobody was at the front desk and there was a sign to call a number. Nobody answered that number, nor the main number for the hotel. After hanging around outside the hotel and calling several times, I eventually bailed and booked another hotel. This could happen to you also. Thankfully, Orbitz refunded me for this debacle, but don't expect the Tree Inn to actually be open when you arrive. In other words, just don't stay here.
