Millennium Harbourview Hotel Xiamen

1st night the room had bug and old deco after complaining to FD 2nd day morning then switched to higher level Staffs were nice to us but no any compensation not recommend to stay this hotel at lower level

Very good clean and convenient to all shopping center

The hotel is located in a fantastic position opposite a couple of banks and next door to a large shopping centre. My room (one of the more expensive ones) was very nice but the furniture was incredibly dated. I have never seen such old furniture although it was clean and kept nicely. My room came with free mini bar and that was not replaced during my entire stay. It was whatever was there to begin with (4 cans of soft drink & 1 beer). The air conditioning did not seem to work that well. The breakfast buffet was lovely and there was a lot to choose from. Service from the staff was very nice. My room was enormous with a lovely view but I do think it was overpriced considering the old, old furniture. At the hotel was nice and in a good position.

I booked a Family room for ourselves and another double room for my parents. 😊 The king-sized bed and an additional single bed were just perfect for a family of 4. 😊 The kids also had bath fun in the bathtub from time to time. 😊 Impeccable service from front desk to service staff. Special thanks to Manager Mr Johnson and service staff Karina, Jeff , etc. Everyone is always so helpful and would serve with a genuine smile. 🙄Pillows are too flat for me, even when you stack two on top of one another, but it's a minor flaw that can be overlooked due to excellent service. It's not easy to travel with elderly parents and 2 young kids, but the impeccable service and close proximity to good food and shopping more than make up for it. Fantastic.

The location is great, just exited the last stop on subway line 1. The hotel is a non-smoking but some guests just ignore the rules. Fortunately the cleaning lady Ling Ling was very helpful she brought in an air purifier as well as plug in scents which help to reduced the smell. It is close to the shopping walks and a lot of eateries nearby.

Of course it's a very impressive hotel where everything is in tip top conditions for travellers to stay in Xiamen. We have enjoyed Chinese & western style of breakfast in the morning . Once you walk out of the lobby ZhongShan Walk street is right on its left . We had 2 nights happy , quiet and peaceful sleep there . So come to Xiamen this will be your best choice.

We arrived at12pm, the room already for us to check in , the staff is very nice and efficiently , will come back to this hotel next time
