So close to everything , subway two minute walking , mall two minute walking , will go back again

Overall is excellent... Convenient with lots of shop n food stuff

The hotel is very close to Zhongshan Lu pedestrian street, shopping centres and restaurants. The hotel rooms are a decent size but the hotel deco is getting a bit dated. Breakfast was good - plenty of variety. Beware when booking on Millennium website though. For my parents' room I used a booking website and it was a good rate. Unfortunately I couldn't use this booking website to book for a triple room for my children and myself so I booked the triple room on the Millennium website which was more expensive. When I booked the triple room, the confirmation email stated that the triple room had breakfast included. When I arrived at the hotel to check in, I was informed that I had to pay extra for the roll away bed and my triple room only includes 2 breakfast and I would have to pay for the 3rd breakfast. Obviously I was not impressed as it was not clearly stated on their website when I booked - it stated 'breakfast included' and nothing was stated about the extra bed. If I had know about all these extras, I would have booked my triple room on the booking website (which I had used to book for my parents) and paid for the additional breakfast and the extra bed and it would still be slightly cheaper then what I had paid on their Millennium website. To cut a long story short, after highlighting all the above to Michael Chen, EAM, who was very professional and could clearly see that the booking information was confusing and misleading, he agreed to not charge me for the extra breakfast as well as the extra bed. Thank you Michael - you have made our stay at your hotel more memorable and enjoyable. It is managers like you that makes Millennium Hotels have a good name and an excellent reputation that hotels guests can rely on.

Convenient location, near waterfront, right next to underground station and shopping centre. Also very close to walking street.

The location is wonderful when we have a sightseeing , not difficult to find the way back to hotel.

LOCATION/LOCATION /LOCATION! It is centrally located - for shopping, walking street, restaurants, souvenirs, all things convenient! Staff and their Concierge truly go all the way to help you and make sure you feel at home! Their service is superb! We were taken care by one of the concierge (JEFF LIN) so well that even after his working hours, he still helped to call and waited together with us for an hour to make sure that we onboard our daytrip coach before he called it a day. Excellent Service! Almost nothing we do not like. Except perhaps the swimming pool can get a little more new refurbishment?

This is my third stay in this hotel. I was here for 3 days for business. The AC was very cold and the room was clean. The breakfast wasnt great for westerners. The choices seemed to be more limited than during previous stays. The lobby lounge proved to be a great place for a drink after a long day at work. The hotel is convenient to shopping and food. The staff us always very helpful and able to speak english well. I will stay here again

The location is good.

Raining Cats and dogs so could not really enjoy and explore nearby on both evenings. Not a mistake of the hotel. :-)

One of the old hotel but the room was spacious and clean. Maybe outdated design furniture . Wide selection of buffet breakfast. Location wise was good. Next to a metro line. Nearby a big shopping mall and near zhongshan lu.
