Water dripping into buckets from ceiling. Pool unusable and gross. Staff great.

Great location, great workers. My husband uses a rollator after a stroke, and we git a nice room, ground floor, across from the door to go outside. He was very happy

Double booked my room and I had to sleep in a smoking room that stunk so bad.

All in all it was a good experience. There was only one person working at breakfast time which took a long time. I was confused about the breakfast because i was given 2 breakfast coupons being a choice member but they didn't even ask for them at breakfast and others were there eating without coupons.

I booked a king non-smoking room. What i got was a comment that they didn't have non-smoking rooms and a room that was stinky. I don't believe the blanket/comforter is ever washed the way it smelled. I couldn't use it. Sheets and towels were clean. The shower floor was so slippery you had to hold onto the safty bar. Unfortunately i would stear clear of this hotel.

The hotel is older.. no frills. Could use a deep clean. The worst was breakfast… the waitress was down right rude. She told everyone she was overwhelmed and all alone but 30 mins later she had still not taken our order. She purposely helped others and ignore some. Do not expect to eat breakfast here. I will be calling the manager during regular business hours.
