"Great place for a Mothman adventure "

Nice hotel to stay at if you’d like to see the Mothman. Full hot breakfast with waitstaff included. Pet friendly and quiet. Great a/c, everything worked well and staff were all super nice.

Very limited breakfast. Not the typical buffet. Felt stuffy and dirty in the room. Convenient location if you're in Point Pleasant for something specific, but that's the only plus.

Location

No breakfast buffet. We had to sit down and wait for over 40 minutes before the waitress would even take our order. The rooms/ bathroom could use a coat of paint and a serious scrubdown. No elevator. Cigarette smoke overpowered the hallways.

"Disappointing and online pictures were misleading."

Very, very old. Needs a total makeover. TV didn't work and front desk couldn't explain how to remedy that. Staff was very friendly, but the facility didn't give them much to work with.
