The location is great, close to the convention center, and close to the downtown with all the restaurants and shops. Room is spacious, the bed is comfortable.

The free Wi-Fi was terrible, and the paid option was outrageously expensive. I don't understand why, in 2026, you still have to pay for decent Wi-Fi… The room lighting is strange: you have to turn each lamp on and off individually; there's no central switch. Also, the pool was closed, and we were not informed about this, even though our stay was after Memorial Day (the pool should have been open by then).

The location was good it was downtown close to everything

The pool is closed and that was not disclosed on either website It said it was open from Memorial Day to Labor Day and in fact was not I would have not picked this place had I known the pool was closed I was overcharged by 200 there was only valet parking for $55 a night

The staff were extremly helpful. The location is perfect for anyone going to the Convention Center. The pool wasn't working and we weren't notifed, but the staff were helpful on that matter.
