Amber at the front desk is the only reason I give any kind of stars. She is absolutely incredible and assisted for my biggest issue.

Pictures of rooms are deceiving. Room was dark and dingy, not bright or have light at all like pictured. Booked here for the pool and even Sonesta Denver’s Instagram advertised the beginning date for roof top pool brunch to start May 31st. Was going to spend a majority of my vacation at the pool and it was not even open. Despite it saying it was open online. Had the breakfast buffet and served ourselves, had to find coffee myself and cream and sugar from other tables. But that was not what was bad. That was a no biggie for me. The part that was shocking was a lady who worked in the dining area came to our table and said, you don’t have a check/bill since your breakfast is included in your room, but you can leave a tip on the table. Umm we served ourselves! I am big on giving and tipping and took care of the valet guys but for her to come to our table to just tell us that was rude! Didn’t even ask about our morning or anything. Just to leave a tip on the table. Never have I experienced that. I wouldn’t have minded leaving a tip if we were serviced.
