Customer service is the worst I've seen ever. Over charged and then hung up on. No one to complain to because the counter workers don't give out the number. Online people were no help also. I nor anyone I know will ever stay in your hotel and you may wanna send your workers back to learn how to use customer service skills. I have no problems with the room we stayed in but your counter workers has very bad attitudes and I really don't appreciate it when spending my money. So Sonesta Downtown Denver will never get service from anyone that I know and we will have our family reservations that they planned for this summer get cancelled!!!!!!!!!!!!!
