The location was so much better than we expected. I definitely suggest parking your car at the hotel and walking down 16th, they have a free shuttle bus too. The staff were all very friendly and helpful! The rooms are very comfortable and clean. The beds and pillows are soft which we love. We plan on staying here the next time we’re in town!

Wish there was a self park option, I don’t mind paying for parking but didn’t always like having to do the valet thing. It kept us from wanting to get our car out sometimes when it was busy. The rooms are not soundproof at all!! You can hear your neighbors conversations perfectly, every time any surrounding room flushes their toilet, and all the car traffic (even though we were on the 17th floor). Suggest turning on white noise and then these rooms are perfect!

"No pool city view is a parking lot"

Room was nice

The "city view" was a parking lot the pool was down no hot tub and staff was sub par on the phone. Room was clean and super comfy
