Female checked me in didn’t answer questions just said “nope, I don’t know, if you stayed downtown why you asking questions” she should’ve been more nicer maybe cause I was brown color I don’t know, bar was over charging me on beer menu says $7.00 and I was being charged $9.50 for a bottle of beer a female bartender next night I told her and she gave me one free one to apologize for the price I was being charged

We stayed in downtown Denver and costumer service was horrible. Starting with setting an a reservation! I should have picked a different hotel then! My parents 60th wedding anniversary they were rude through the entire trip. At the end of the trip the guy at front desk would not give us a late check out even though they said it would be no problem when I booked! Totally messed up our plans for my husband to see his cardiac doctor! The guy hung up on me!! Will never stay here again!!
