Quiet, clean, comfortable.

Mostly pretty good, property could use a little tlc, good size room

The price was right. And they have me a good recommendation for a dinner place. My only complaint was the lack of a coffee maker in the room and none in the office either. Everything else was fine.

Older property but clean with comfortable bed. Spacious parking.

I have NO idea how this property received an excellent status. This is a terrible property. There were bugs in the room around the light that flew and bit. They were active most of the night keeping me awake. I ended up with multiple bites. The water spout in the tub was barely hanging on. Almost pulled it out of the wall trying to turn on the shower. There was a gnat/bug when I went to get ice. I would NEVER stay here again.

Don’t stay here, not a safe place, front desk person, Mike told me not to worry about the people in the parking lot and hung up on me when I wanted a refund because I wasn’t going to stay in a unsafe motel

A good option for a no frills budget stay on Historic Route 66 in heart of Tucumcari within walking distance of restaurants and the neon lights at night. While obviously an older motel, the bathroom with tub was new and bed comfortable.

This is an older property, nothing fancy, but I really enjoyed my stay. Clean, comfortable beds, friendly staff. No complaints. Would happily stay here again.

Dirty carpets no 24 hrs front desk

It is old and rundown, the ac unit was from the 60's barely worked. The door lock didn't lock very well, I put a chair under the knob overnight. The parking lot had broken down trucks and cars with flat tires. I won't stay here again or recommend it for anyone else.
