Budget Inn

Black mold around the edge of the Barthtub and wall behind toilet. Water leaking between the tub Spicket and tub, because it is not mounted right. Molding at the floor coming apart. Carpet is nasty. AC filter was plugged up. No maintenance at this place at all. But this is what you get when certain people start buying out places and all they want is the money and don’t care about upkeep. Swimming pools are being filled with sand and cement, that way they don’t have to be maintained. Would not recommend or stay there again.

Convenient, clean and easy parking.

First room had hair in the bed. Got a different room and still saw one hair but I was so tired I stayed anyway. New room smelled like smoke even though I booked non-smoking. Carpet was dirty with dust in the corners and a large toenail clipping. Didn’t feel super safe here. There must have been people living permanently in the adjacent room as they had a grill and some junk out front of their room.

This hotel was very easy to find and get to. I traveled with 2 small dogs and they had a small dog area for them.

The rooms and property were antiquated and run down. The cleanliness and front desk were good.

Long term residents were hanging out in front of rooms smoking and relaxing on furniture they had moved out of room. Wanted to chat up a convo as we were unloading into room. A bit awkward. Also during the night when I would turn on the bathroom light and vent, it would bring over a strong smell of weed being smoked next door. I know it’s legal in this state, but smoking in the room was not allowed. So I would rather not smell it. Again - this appeared from the room with the long term resident, which was next door. Hotel was not full. Suggest putting some distance between long term and short term guests.

Ok place to spend the night, clean and safe.

Very clean and well maintained

We had a lovely stay. The owner is very nice and rooms are comfortable. We've stayed here a few times and will keep coming back.

The man at reception was very pleasant and offered two complementary bottles of water. Which was nice. However, Room #141 needs some attention. The worst thing was the Smashed ROACH on interior wall beside entry door. We got in late, so I didn’t see it until the morning in the day light. The lamp shade is cracked & missing pieces. Bed Frame closest to the bathroom creaks/clanks and is not level. The bathroom is rug torn and ratty. The shower curtain rod is broken. Toilet reservoir is very low to refill. The AC/Heat unit very loud. We did not sleep well at all. I wanted to speak to the manager in the morning; but there was none in the office.
