"Great price, refundable with great pool and hot tub"

Hot tub hot, nice pool. Comfie beds, great breakfast!

Only a few channels on TV, my daughter's room smelled a bit at first, stuffy at first. Better once a/c was on. My room was cool and smelled fine, when I got there.

The bed was comfortable and the location was good.

The bathroom smelled of urine and the air conditioner did not cool off the room. We had to open the window. It was hot.

We knew it was plain Jane but it had ok reviews on the site from where we booked. The room they put us in....there is no way house keeping could have not noticed. The mattress had a divet in it...the size of your butt...where you sank all the way to the bed frame. No exageration...you were down to wood. Im convinced when you book via hotels.com you get the worst rooms.....but this one was beyond ridiculous. Now that im on tripadvisor i see the place has lots of bad reviews. Believe them. Its awful.
