Reservation through booking.com. initially booking said there was no availability so we went elsewhere. Received emails from booking com and Days Inn stating we asked for quiet room, late checking etc and we hadn't. Received emails the following day about our "upcoming" stay that were AFTER the stay supposed to happen. Booking.com has been trying to get a refund with no luck. I'm out $194.

Room smelled of smoke, VERY humid in room, bedding felt wet. Bedding and towels were slightly stained. The room is outdated. You can't tell any of this from the online photos.
