The location was good.

The room was very small, and in need of repair. It was at a truck stop so it was noisy. The breakfast offered was not very appealing.

The beds were REALLY comfortable! We stayed pretty warm.

The building, especially on the inside looked really run down. It looked pretty janky on the inside. The breakfast was horrible! It was hard and cold. We were a stay over and didn't get our beds made, trash taken out or anything cleaned. And the hot tub was broke and the pool water was freezing.

The staff were all extremely friendly!

The hotel itself looks like it'd seen its better days. Our tub in our room looked dirty and it looked like there was a plastic bag stuffed behind the overfill drain so needless to say we didn't use it. We had problems with our room keys not working and had to go get new ones and the man at the front desk was very nice and even walked down to our room with us to make sure it worked. 1 key did, 1 didn't but we only needed 1.

Quality Inn used to mean quality you could count on. The last few times we’ve used it the place was less quality and more SKETCH. Moth eaten sheets and curtains. Worn and holey carpets. Rooms worn out. Took 4 tidies to get a decent room. Crickets in corners. We’ll be looking elsewhere from now on.
