"Surprisingly Impressive - great value"

I was really impressed with this facility and the staff. The room was really nice, and the staff members were super helpful and friendly. Our reservation got messed up, but the gentleman handling the night desk was great about helping us get in and get settled. The morning crew followed up with us and made sure everything had gone well. I'd recommend this place to everyone.

Parking was fine First room assigned was not cleaned, trash, beds not made. Second room had no Tv control, contacted front desk, replacement control wouldn’t work so No Tv. Room cleaned at but not well

"Unfortunately, my wife ended up with three bed bug bites on her legs after our stay."

Breakfast and location is good for travelers.

The night we stayed here, my wife woke up with three bed bug bites on her legs. We can't use the pool because it looks dirty, there were lot of bugs floating. And jacuzzi is not operational during that time.

"Omesh went above his need to help us out"

Omesh at the quality inn git us a room at their sister facility because when I made the reservation thruChoice they lied to me when they told me the hot tub at quality inn was working. When we got to Disney. Omesh at the quality inn told me he had contacted Choice services and reported his hot tub and pool were not in operation. My husband had had 4 back surgery and after riding in the car for 13 hours was really looking forward to a hot tub Omesh arranged for us to get a room with a hot tub at the sister facility Comfort Suite. He was very helpful and compassionate. He deserves a reward.

That choice reservation lied to me saying the hot tub at quality inn was working

Mattresses need replaced yellow stain throughout. Adjoining door didn't lock, tub dirty, dirty towel hanging behind the door.
