Location

We got the VIP lounge access and it was chaos. They weren’t able to accommodate all the guest. Was very disappointing for a 5 star hotel.

"Disgusting carpet from the 1990’s"

The rooms looked like they haven’t been touched since the 1990’s. The carpet was disgusting and completely unacceptable for a 5 star hotel. The room has so much potential if they installed new carpet and fixtures. The amenities on the first 4 floors were beautiful!
