Location was fabulous. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Had to swap apartments due to kitchen hotplate and oven tripping the electrics. Second apartment only had one working hotplate on the stove but we made do with that. The decor is very dated and although clean on the surface, the carpet and sofas were very old and smelled a little. Needs a smart tv and fully operative kitchen.

As an apartment had sufficient space for 2 people if staying over more than 1 night with pleasant decor, good size lounge with kitchenette separate from bedroom. With so many eateries outside the front door not much need for the kitchen. Great location close to Flinders Street & Town Hall train stations as well.

Prefer a standalone shower & no bath as shower over the bath is too small. Being a front room high outdoor noise when trying to get to sleep & early morning street cleaning woke us as the windows are not double glazed.

The location is excellent. Our room was very spacious. Great value for money. Will return.

For the money, this is excellent value. Much cleaner than the offerings for an apartment at this price point. If I owned this complex I would replace the bathroom door and the carpet.
