Location and room was all we needed for the night.

The car park is extremely small. The property did warn us so we knew it was tight, but cannot overstate how small this car park is. Nothing larger than a SMALL sedan here. I damaged my car upon exit and I have a small to medium sedan.

Location was excellent for CBD Our daughter lives nearby so easy to meet up. Clean

Our second stay following a previous visit a couple of years ago. We booked for 5 nights. On arrival told our room was on 1st floor. Asked if it was likely to be noisy given 1st floor and booking Fri through to Wed. Told no. Once in room discovered living and bedroom rooms faced Flinders Lane and were constantly noisy ( suspect not double glazed). Also smell of smoke permeated room all evening. When spoke to staff, told we should have requested a quiet room when booking…….not helpful. Bed was way too soft for us. Bathroom basin very low.
