It was close to Ron Jon Surf Shop,Mini Golf ,Restaurants etc

That they let a DAYCARE go wild in the pool & lied saying they were guests. 15 kids & 2 adults in 2 rooms ?? No way they scared elderly out of the pool. Parents & families couldn't swim & enjoy what they paid for . Not professional at all & totally unacceptable!!!!

The location and proximity to the beach was great! Within walking distance of many, many restaurants, gift shops, amd a grocery store. We loved that it wasn't a huge place, so every interaction felt more personal, and it wasn't a fight for a chair by the lazy river. Having beach equipment available for free rentals was great!

Honestly, our only complaints are the beach chair rental option and not having cleaning/linen services. We went to the desk to rent a couple chairs for the day. The chairs we received were what I would call camping chairs. We were looking for the low profile actual beach chairs. So that's really not a complaint, just not what we were looking for. As for the cleaning/linen services-- it's not offered. We were unaware of that upon check in. So on the morning of day 3 (a 7 day stay, 3 adults, 1 16 year old) we had to call the front desk for fresh towels and such. Even though we rinsed off in the outdoor shower, there was SO much sand in our floor by day 3 as well. It was SO slick on the tile floor. So even if they don't do full service cleaning, if they could sweep and get fresh towels daily, it would be amazing!

The pool, location, price, and people

Bath tub/ shower would not drain correctly and water would stay in tub for hours. Elevator did not work and drinks at the poolside bar were way too expensive.

Room was very good. On the second floor. We could watch the grand kids in the lazy river. Shower was good and the breakfast was very good. Lots of options.

More poolside umbrellas.

Pretty pool and play area. Great service and food at the poolside bar/grill. Customer service was awesome and the free beach stuff was great. Would recommend to everyone.
