Beachside Hotel & Suites Cocoa Beach - Port Canaveral

Loved the lazy pool and “dive-in” movie for rte kids every night in the pools. Staff were really friendly.

The front staff were friendly but got things wrong!!

First we got the wrong key and tried to get into someone’s room. We booked a king suite which was good in size. But both the rooms were dark. The sofa bed in the room was stained and dated. The bathroom was dated We had 3 sinks for some reason?? The balcony door either didn’t open or shut and lock until you gave it a good pull. The balcony was overlooking a car park. The pool looked good but not enough beds available and it was full of children. It is a great hotel for families but not for couples. Very noisy!! Breakfast was a free for all. Again kids everywhere. Then someone dressed up in a dolphin suit came round. Lovely for kids but not for a retired couple.

Close to the beach, very clean, close to stores

Pillows were lumpy, lazy river was nice but too warm

Swimming area and games and rentals and bar were all great, pool water could be a bit cooler though. Lobby was great and clean and smelled good. Breakfast spread was fantastic.

Room was a bit janky, needs some updates, door frames busted ect but was clean enough
