"Pleasant stay"

The front desk staff were very hospitable and professional, which made check‑in feel welcoming. The room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was good, though I didn’t get a chance to enjoy the welcome drink and snack or use the pool, spa, or exercise facilities. Oh! I love the Pizza. hot and juicy for the late night check-in for the hungry folks. 10-stars for the shampoo, body wash, hand wash! Just a small note: carpet change will get the 5 star

"Really Comfy beds, clean, savings"

Really great to save but still receive quality where important, Our bed was great! Somehow our reservation was not what we reserved by phone but they didn’t seem to have anything left available. There’s plenty of restaurants nearby if you want to step up on the food. From desk staff very welcoming and friendly and made local recommendations that were useful without prompting. Bravo!

"Brilliant value and amazing team"

Nice clean and good sized rooms. Good breakfast in the morning. Gated, free parking but above all the staff was amazing and friendly Came here for my sons birthday and they took wonderful care of us.

"DISHONORABLE AND ILLEGAL PRACTICES"

I am a travel agent who had my group completely disregarded and management there, especially Jason Stone, was perfectly fine with breach of contract. Below is the letter I sent. They are horrible. Do not book with them: Dante and Jason: I am not going to waste time with niceties — I am absolutely appalled by the complete lack of integrity your team has shown my clients, Visionary Hoops, today. Multiple families were contacted and told that, because a larger group wanted to book with your property, the rooms they had already reserved were suddenly no longer available. That is unacceptable. The rooms were reserved, the agreement was in place, and your team simply chose not to honor it. I know exactly what the agreement was because I personally signed it and have the documentation to prove it. For your reference, the contract explicitly states: “Changes, Additions, Stipulations, or Lining Out: Any changes, additions, stipulations or deletions including corrective lining out by either Hotel or Visionary Hoops Academy will not be considered agreed to or binding unless such modifications have been approved in writing by the other in the form of a contract or addendum provided by the hotel.” There is no ambiguity in this language. The hotel cannot unilaterally alter, relocate, or reassign confirmed rooms or give away contracted inventory without written mutual agreement. Despite this, your team has chosen to disregard the binding terms of our agreement. To make matters worse, this team specifically chose your property because of their positive experience during their stay in October. I presented them with other hotel options, and they specifically requested to return to your hotel based on that prior experience. Your team has now completely destroyed that trust by refusing to honor the contractual agreement we signed to host this group. At this point, the only acceptable resolution is for your property to honor the original agreement in full. If your team overcommitted rooms or chose to prioritize another group after confirming ours, that is an internal issue your hotel created — not one that should be forced onto my clients and their families. As a travel advisor, relationships and reliability matter. What your team has demonstrated today is neither. I will absolutely be making my colleagues and fellow travel advisors aware of how this situation was handled so they can make informed decisions before placing future business with your property. I have already filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau regarding this matter, and I am prepared to take further legal action if this issue is not resolved appropriately and immediately. I fully intend to escalate this issue through every appropriate channel until our concerns are properly addressed and accountability is taken for the way your team has handled this situation. This entire situation has been handled unprofessionally, dishonestly, and with a blatant disregard for the families and organization that committed to your hotel in good faith. Tafena

"TERRIBLE."

If I could rate 0 stars I would. When we arrived, we were told our original room had been given away so they gave us a new room. The only issue is we were downgraded from a room with 2 beds, to only 1. Then, after we check in and finally get to our room, it's dirty, the bed was up against the wall and it had someone elses belongings in it. When we approached the front desk about it, she told us we'd have to wait an additional HOUR in the lobby for them to get us a clean room. Check in was at 4pm, and we arrived around 7:30 so there was no excuse. The front desk agent Alexa was very unprofessional and found the inconvenience to us funny. After driving 6 hours with little kids, I would definitely not recommend this hotel to anyone. I've never had such an awful experience staying anywhere.
