Low quality food

Room was very small. Ants and spiders in the room. Pull out mattress was falling through the frame. Elevator was broken, nearest one was very out of the way. Asked for bedding for pullout bed, was given flat sheet and fitted, no pillows or blankets.

Pretty much everything

The bed pillows were too thick. I checked with the front desk twice for a different ones, but unfortunately they didn’t have any flat ones. I used the room blanket as a pillow.

Very clean, friendly staff, breakfast was included and was great. They also gave a mercy hospital rate. I will stay again

I was pretty bummed out that the third floor elevator didn’t work. It’s a long ways to go to pack my items in to stay. It’s a long way out every single time I want to go and do something outside of the motel. It’s almost like a maze every time you leave because it’s so far away to the nearest elevator.

Super room. Good breakfast. Friendly staff.

Very good experience. Excellent hot breakfast. Highly recommend.
