Ventura Grand Inn

The room was not cleaned properly. Im not speaking towards cosmetic issues but specifically dirt and hair on the floor, spare blanket filled with hair, and soap bar left by previous occupants. Overall not very hygienic. When I notified the manager, rather than sending someone to remediate the room he told me to leave. At that time I could not leave as it was 9:30pm . I understand that the hotel is “budget friendly” but I would expect at a minimum for the room to be clean for the next guest.

I love the huge room, and the heater worked well, and it was clean. Loved being in Mammoth and the price was reasonable.

The refrigerator in the room was constantly making a loud buzz which interrupted my sleep at times. I advise looking at the refrigerator in Room 116.

The beds were a bit too noisy with the metal frame I believe it has
