Ios Palace Hotel & Spa

We stayed at Ios Palace at the beginning of July with our 2 year old, and we are already planning to visit again! The hotel is beautiful, such a fantastic location and it had all of the amenities we needed plus more. But what really makes this place is the staff. They were both professional and personable, and it was a pleasure seeing them around the hotel every day. Anything we needed they sorted with ease, nothing was too much trouble and we really felt looked after. Our room was clean and spacious. The food for breakfast was lovely, really good selection and fresh. We paid for half board at the hotel, and had dinner there each night which was also really good. We loved it here, can’t wait to visit again!!

I cannot fault Ios palace. We had a relaxing stay, right on the waterfront at Mylopatos. There are two lovely pools, a spa, and the staff are really helpful. A bus to the main town takes 5 mins and runs from across the hotel every 15 mins. Would definitely stay again.

The staff was amazing!!

What a disappointment. The hotel and room smelt of drains. Housekeeping was non existent. The dining room was featureless and breakfast below average. The hotel location is on a busy and noisy beach road. It deserved 2 stars, not 4. Ios is a party island for under 30s, not aimed at mature couples.

Billy (can’t spell her name beginning with “V”, funky 70s glasses), Effie, Chris & especially Costas are just the most lovely, welcoming & fun staff. It really makes a place!!! Joy who gave the massage was just brilliant. Brekkie was tasty & plentiful. Beds were comfortable & the view from every where in the hotel was just a feast for the eyes. The upstairs pool was just great as it wasn’t well used. Didn’t smell any sewage or experience mosquitos. The cats were my friends in the end. I cannot fault this place, I felt happy & at home here. We walked to Chora, not far. There are buses which are very regular. Be careful on the beach when there are boats coming as the waves can drag you under. I love this place, would highly recommend.

This is the only place I will be staying at I’m Ios moving forward. The service is spectacular. The rooms were spacious With a million dollar view. The breakfast and food was delicious. It’s in the perfect location. I will be come back.

Ios Palace was outstanding and the location was amazing to the beach! All staff went above and beyond.

One of the most beautiful properties I have ever stayed at. We are planning to come back next year for our honeymoon. The pool villa is worth every single penny. The most stunning views of our entire 2 week trip in Greece. The staff was WONDERFUL! So accommodating and friendly I would highly suggest this place to anyone looking for 5/5 service. Best place to stay in IOS hands down.

Lovely hotel in an ideal spot. The service, food and drinks by the pool and in the restaurant are great. The accommodation is clean and in good condition - with gorgeous views of Mylopotas Beach. Ideally close to Mylopotas beach and the restaurants. It is well serviced by a bus into town, port and other beaches. A lovely place- we will be back
