"very unsatisfied stay'"

room size

no water in shower floor carpet was not clean Staff wanted a show of ID. When presented a photocopy was made of my ID. There was no elevator in the hotel

"No sentence, just word. AWFUL"

Soon as we walked into our room it smelled so bad like musty mildew. Around the bottom of the bed it had a two metal bars sticking out that I kept hitting with my leg and scratching my legs. Could have been much worse. The bathroom fan was filthy. I took pictures of bed and fan. I got no sleep because of that smell.

The beds were very comfortable and the sheets/pillows and towels were very soft and clean. Front desk staff were very helpful even though I was unable to obtain my discount, because the transaction had already been approved. None the less, it was worth the stay.
