"Great Customer Service"

We always stay at this Holiday Inn because of its close proximity to the outlet mall. That’s how it started years ago but now we keep returning because the hotel is so clean, the breakfast is fabulous and the front staff are so friendly and helpful. Simone greeted us again this year and remembers us from year to year. A amazing young lady who knows how to provide customer service and make you feel like a valued customer. Thank you, Simone.
