Quality Inn Auburn Hills - Detroit North

Easy in and out. Two elevators and OK breakfast. Breakfast is bagels, toast, waffle makers, yogurt, apples and bananas, and cereal dispensers. The room was big enough and in good repair other than the corners of wallpaper coming loose near the shower/tub.

Great for solo traveler.

Difficult to understands hostess's. Need to improve morning breakfast. Fruit, juice, coffee, milk ok. Breads, dry and crusty.

I work for another hotel chain as a maintenance technician. My wife and I decided we would try a new place. First off yes this sight is a deal. Then you purchase insurance. You have to jump through hoops. I wanted a refund. I still do. The carpets are all stained. The toilet wouldn’t flush. The ptech unit has not been cleaned since the hotel opened. I have never yet seen a ptech in such condition. It was so molded and rusted we couldn’t turn it on. We both woke up so sick. I told the lady at the front desk . It seems like she was well trained for this situation. So basically I want my $180 back. The state is just one call away.

I thought it was pretty quiet especially when it was ti.e for me to sleep. I've stayed at this location before and feel positive about booking again

Double charged both couples that went our selves and the other couple as well.

Room was clean and spacious

In room 304 light switches on the wall are worn out. Had to wiggle to get lights on . Also the ground fault wall plug in the bathroom won't work for the blow dryer and coffee machine don't work.
