There was no microwave oven in the room although booking confirmation indicated in-room microwave oven. Inter access was very slow and frequently disconnecting. Breakfast food options were limited. The rooms lamps were missing light bulbs. All these mentioned items were not expected with the prices we paid for our stay. Otherwise beds were comfortable. Good location for shopping areas such as outlet mall.

"Dont plan to use the pool "

I read the reviews about the pool being under repair so I called the hotel TWICE to be sure and explained that me and a friend were going to a concert and just wanted to spend the day by the pool. They assured me on both occasions that the pool was up and operational and open. They did not mention that it was only open from 1 to 9 pm. So since we had a concert to go to in the evening and check out is at 11 the next day we could not spend the day at the pool.

The first girl was so amazing at the desk even though we had a used room she seitched us to another one. Clean but stains on top sheet. Carpets in hotel we dirty. Wifi was horrible connnects to room number and last name but because of my isuue and changing rooms they wanted me to call tech support for wifi not connecting. I said you provide the wifi and it is tour hotel that uses this set up it is not my responsibility to call tech support while i am paying your htel for tge service second man on desk was ignorant. But loved the first lady. Will not stay here again.

"Nice stay "

Other reviews raved about breakfast. Everything was empty when we went at 9 and they serve until 10. No smoking but could smell pot in hallways and drifted into room. Seems to be very common in hotels these days. Other than that I would stay again. Quiet and clean at a reasonable price
